Perhaps a New Beginning

To everyone who has been following this, I would like to start and say thankyou. I don’t really know how to explain it but this blog has been a godsend to me and helping getting out everything that I needed to say. Some of my stories may be false, some I have may have changed names or situations, but in every entry something has rang true to me. I would get some sort of self-justification out of writing, maybe helping to get my feelings out, maybe praying someone who I know would read this. I’m not really sure what, though probably something in my unconscious

For now until I can catch up on my school work I must call a quits to this blogg, but with every entry I have made, lead me to a new Beginning to something different I have never discovered before in my life. Maybe I’ll keep hitting my head on the same ol brick wall, maybe I wont, but if I have learned anything from this entire experience is that I should definitely get out of my normal routine, I may bang y head on brick wall, but let it be a different one each and every time.

Maine weather

for this post today Id like to discuss everything great, and everything horribly wrong with Maine weather. I’ve been living in maine going on 13 years now, and I may be used to Maine weather but that doesn’t mean I fucking hate it.

In today’s forecast we get told that we are going to receive anywhere to 2-7 inches of snow today. Today is a beautiful day out with not a cloud in the sky. The temperature is somewhere in the forty’s and I just walked out side with a t-shirt. I mean come on with weather like this im starting to get a little anxious for the spring to come on so golf season will get here. but In reality this is maine, we can get a goddamn snowstorm in the middle of june, and by the way that as happened for all you stupid people out their

now I am in no way saying I hate winter, on the contrary, I love it. I am an avid skier who would love for nothing more to have 8 months of skiing. But the problem is that all the snow is falling in the mountains. not on the coast where we are, for god’s sake it looks like its bout to turn into spring out thier. this is what i hate, i mean i get used to the lovely weather on the coast of and now I go into the single digit cold out in the mountains for the skiing. Global warming my ass, this is maine weather and I’ll never get used to it.

listening to the writers almanac I begin to find out that there are plenty of birthdays today. this gets me to thinking about how much I love birthdays. not just mine but I love all birthdays in general. They are a great experience anyone from young to old.

when giving a birthday present to someone young theirs’ nothing like see their face light up to a 5 dollar toy. thiers nothing like seeing it break 10 minutes into him playing with it. everything about making a young childs days on their birthday makes me smile

When giving a gift to someone old I start to remember everything I have given in the past, everything from socks, to a liquor decanter. Every bit of though being put into each gift making it as personal as ever.

I don’t know theirs just something making someone so happy on thier most special day.

As I sit here in my bed, my mind begins to wonder on the my life, and how Ive ended up in my positions of life. how for valentines day I spend it alone. lonely holiday it is, especially when everyone is getting all lovey dovey in front of the singles. single life is a good life, but to be honest its nice to have that girl by your side, to have someone lauph at all your stupid jokes, to share akward silence that actually arent that akward. basically someone who loves every imperfection that one has. I guess thats what love is to me, its imperfections that make someone fall in love with you, not the easy to notice shit, the way but anyways though I really dont know what else to rant about, about how life sucks and its lonely as hell some times fuck it though right thiers plenty of fish in the sea

Valentines day

You may think that I might use this blog space, to spout about how great V-day is. How in-fact it brings couples together making for a joyous night of tear jerking romantic movie, and if you play your cards right a night of endless passion.

However this is not what I am going to do, I want to talk about what a complete waste of time this holiday is, and it is probably one of the most selfish holidays out their.

Several Reasons why

First and for most, Valentines day is nothing but a reminder to the rest of the world that they are single. Leading up to the obnoxious night, all you see is tacky jewelry adds, more red than anyone ever needs, along with some of the worst advertising ever seen.
Valentines day is probably one the of the most selfish holidays I have ever seen. Think about this really, this holiday is designed for only couples, making it a requirement to have a date for the uneventful night. Once having your Valentine whose job is it to take the girl out the guy, whose job is it to buy the gifts, whose job is it to completely satisfy the other person or they get nothing out of the deal. For all the jobs said it happens to be nine times out of ten it is the males job.
Sex, we all think it, we all want it, that’s what every male hopes for when on Valentines day. You see as I am male, I like to think I can accurately tell you the truth. To a man their are only 3 days out of the year that he can honestly say that he should get Laid. Your Birthday, Your Anniversary, and Prom Night, but valentines day is like a loaded gun. In order to successfully get into your women’s nether regions, you must provide a perfect night, which in fact leaves most men with a giant hole in their pocket. Do to little, and the average male is left with having to fin for himself most likely turning to late-night cinemax movie.
Being a veteran of this holiday I would like to let the world know this, THE HOLIDAY SUCKS FOR SINGLES. For most single people, this is just another brutal reminder about how ugly they feel, how no one wants them around, how they just feel lousy for not having a signicant other to help them through the night. Most Singles are destined to improve their night by eating their way through a gallon of ice cream, why watching the 8 hour Cheaters Marathon.
This holiday is only aimed for the men of this planet to please the women. Most women sit back let themselves be swept off their feet. I say for once in your life get off your asses and bring us some damn roses for once. Let us decide if your going to get laid for once, odds are in your favor, but just know it doesnt take us much to be please not, like the women of this world.

Transformers 2 = AMAZING

Transformers 2 was probably the greatest movie ever, I mean seriously how can you say that it should be nominated for a damn razzie F that. Transformers two had not only an amazing storyline which will obviously lead to a third, but also had some of the most epic fight scenes that I have ever seen, before avatar of course. Transformers have a stellar cast from Shi Labuff, to the GORGOUS Meagan fox. Okay well I can say that Meagan fox is a bit on the dimwitted side for this movie, but come on, she’s sooo sexy. The entire movie had witty writing, great action adventure and even tear dropping dramatic events. I would say transformers 2 was one of the best movies I have seen this year, hands down!

Tubing

When given this assignment it took him a little bit too really figure out what he was going to write about. As he began to think about it, his mind finally settled on a life changing event, in his life. When he was six years old his family and he were vacationing in the mountains, enjoying the precious beauty of the wilderness. He was staying up there for about a week, and during that time his parents had plenty of fun activities for them to do. One of these activities would be river tubing, which is really a relaxing way to see nature’s beauty. Pretty much, a group of tour people would bring them up 5 or 10 miles up the river and drop them off as they float down the stream by themselves in these one man inner tubes. At the end of the river they would meet up with the tour guides again. This was supposed to be a safe and enjoyable day for all of them. It’s pretty simple what happened next they all started floating down the stream, him and his sister horsing around and his parents ahead of them, we noticed that there was also a couple of other people on this stream with them as well. The next part happened in a flash, his raft tipped and the so-called life vest that was going to keep him afloat did nothing of the sort. He sank like a rock his feet hitting the bottom, looking up at the glassy surface of the water, trying to swim but unable to move. He couldn’t breathe and right there he knew if I didn’t get out of the water soon that he was going to drown, but still he couldn’t move. The next part is a haze for him; someone jumped in an grabbed him out of the water. He threw me on land. He was coughing and coughing, but he would be okay, to this day he still doesn’t know who rescued him from the depth of the cold murky water, He can’t even remember his face, but he will always be his hero.

Heart Break

As I sit here thinking about what im going to write about in this blog today I begin to fee anxious, saddened and even gloomy about this day. It’s warm out, well maybe warm for a true Mainer, but warm nevertheless. Snow is being dried up and it almost looks as if winter has its foot out the door. Every Mainer knows though this is just good ol maine weather and this is to be expected. Everything can change in an instance, I feel on top of the world, nothing can ever touch me, im unstoppable. But then something, a memory maybe triggers me to come down like a ton of bricks. I come crashing to the ground ready to roll over and die. I don’t wanna move from my bed, I don’t wanna get up an move on, I just wanna sit here. Everything seemed so tolerable so bearable, but without her in my life I constantly think about what could have been, what should have been. Everyday I miss her and wonder how I will go on without her.

Batman

Today I began to have this personal debate inside my head over probably one of the most stupid things I can ever think of. Today I wanted to figure out once and for all, is Batman a superhero?

First I define superhero in my mind: someone who goes above and beyond to help someone in need. Someone who people can count on, who puts others before himself, someone who can be their for an entire society.

By this definition I would so absolutely that batman was a superhero. He has always been their for Gotham, never wavering in his convictions always putting the greater good before oneself. This is the core essence of what a super here should be and can be.

I guess the big looming question in my head though is can he be a superhero without having any super powers? Superman, Wonder woman, and Spider man just to name a few are the blessed people who have super human powers. anything from sticking to walls, to having SUPER human strength to invincibility. These are all super powers that no typical human being can have making these people super heros

This leads to my last point that a super hero can easily lead to a super villain. In order to be considered a super hero, you must have both those qualities; having some sort of super power but also a super will to be everything and anything that the society needs you to be.

In conclusion I would suppose that you can not really call Batman a superhero. He has a wonderful will and a wonderful heart, but NO super powers to speak of. He is a rich man prone to have wonderful gadgets, and superior fighting skills than most, but pit him against superman, he wouldn’t stand a chance.

The Best 10 dollars ive ever spent

many people don’t realize that 10 dollars can make someone’s day. That 10 dollars can change a life. I like to think that’s what I did with my 10 dollars.

The story goes something like this. Me and a couple of friends decided to spend the day and boston and just kind of do the corny tourist thing for the day. We went to the science museum, we went on the ducks boats, and went to the Quincy market. This trip was honestly nothing special, and nothing I would remember the rest of my life.

However, their was something that did stick out to me. At the end of the day we all walked upon a homeless man. This homeless guy however was not a particularly normal homeless man, he was a clown, a clown making balloon animals.

He was charging people for balloon animals and i thought what the hell, I’ll get one. As I waited for 10 minutes in line I wondered what type of balloon animal I wanted and finally settled on a giraffe. As I got closer I noticed the tattered clothing and felt even sorry for the man. When I got to the front of the line he asked me and I told him exactly what I wanted.

when he finished the abysmal balloon animal I asked how much and he just said he was accepting any donations. So right their I was going to pay 10 dollars for this balloon animal, I’ve never seen anyone with such a joyful look on their face.
